Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece is created and packaged with intention and great care. Because of the nature of original art, please review the policy below before completing your purchase.



Original Artwork


All original artwork sales are final.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each painting, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped.

If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please see the “Damaged or Lost Orders” section below.



Prints & Art Products


I accept returns or replacements only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


To request a return or replacement, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at elliealexander907@gmail.com with:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging


If your request is approved, I will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.



Custom & Commissioned Artwork


All custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable once approved and shipped, unless damaged during delivery.



Damaged or Lost Orders


If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date

Provide photos of the damage (if applicable)


I will work directly with the shipping carrier and send a replacement whenever possible. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.



Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is a result of damage, defect, or an error on my part: return shipping is covered

For all other approved returns (prints/products only): the customer is responsible for return shipping


Returned items must be in original packaging and unused.



Refund Processing Time


Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
