Processing Time
All orders are prepared and packaged with care.
Processing times may vary depending on the item:
• Original artwork: 3–7 business days
• Prints & art products: 3–10 business days (may vary during high-volume seasons)
• Custom or commissioned artwork: processing time varies and will be discussed during the commission process
Please note: Processing time is separate from carrier shipping time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
I ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time after processing:
• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days
Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships.

International Shipping
International shipping is available on select items.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT fees required by their country.
I cannot estimate or reimburse these charges.

Packaging
All artwork is packaged to ensure safe delivery:
• Original paintings: reinforced protective packaging
• Prints: shipped flat or in secure tubes
• Merchandise: padded packaging when needed
I do my best to minimize waste while keeping your order protected.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out within 7 days of delivery or estimated delivery date with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging (for damage claims)
I will help file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when possible.
Once a package is marked as delivered, I am not responsible for theft or misplacement.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered:
• The customer is responsible for reshipping fees once the item is returned to me.
